pathetic service 60 60 should be 160 160

hi I'm a pensioner & today was my wife's birthday so my daughter said to me after work she'll come & get a cake & all my grandchildren will bring there just to have a small celebration so she came to me about 16:45 & put an order to checkers 60 60 order was confirmed & paid for at 5 1 hour 45 minutes later she gets a message saying driver can't find address so order is canceled. but when she was tracking her order it always showing driver in bulwer road so my point what map is he using from space coz this is the 1st time my road not on map. kfc,nandos,debonair, uber eats etc always deliver so what now pathetic excuse then the call center was no help at all I am a checkers customer for I can't remember how long that driver is a pathetic excuse for a delivery driver coz I was a driver for various delivery in my life o/we used to make a plan to get it delivered & today it's easy with online maps the driver who didn't deliver the order should come & apologize to my wife for ruining her birthday 60 60 should rethink their delivery destinations
