Pathetic service

We ordered groceries this morning and after delivery noticed that all the frozen stuff ordered was not delivered, called checkers and spoke to a lady who said the driver forgot the frozen stuff due to it being in the freezer. She then informed us that it would be delivered as soon as they get a driver and email confirmation would be sent, we informed her that it was our groceries needed to cook supper so it needed to be delivered today. She confirmed that all the items have been put together and the driver would deliver soon. It is now almost 7pm and we still did not receive our stuff. This is pathetic service, we use it for convenience and order important stuff knowing it will be delivered by a specific time! Now at 7pm where do we get money to go and order new groceries???
