Pathetic service

I ordered groceries from checkers on Sunday and my delivery was canceled after waiting for three hours and I was told my money will be reversed back within 1-3 days. When I contact the customer care all consultants tell me they would give me feedback but no one gets back to me and Today is day five working day and I still have not received my refund. This is unacceptable!!!!!
