Pathetic service

Checker sixty 60, I have done 2 orders and was totally shocked. I ordered the coffee bundle deal and didn't receive my free chocolate in both orders. My 2nd order was packed so poorly. Fresh meat packed with my cheese. Cheese was covered in blood. There was so much blood that the brown bag actually was torn. My bread and rolls was packed with my coffee which smashed it. I ordered a specific tonic and didn't want an alternative. Hence they took it upon themselves to choose an alternative and pack it with my fresh chicken pieces. Which also bleed out on the tonic. No ever called me dispite my 2 emails. I called today n get told they will reimburse my cheese. However no mention about the coffee bundle. I should have rather just bought the coffee from spar at R99 as opposed to the coffee n chocolate bundle for R139 and u don't get the chocolate. I got told I can't return the tonic... yet it is Sealed... maybe messed with blood due to poor packaging. I have pic's as well. Pathetic service. Will not recommend them or use them again
