Pathetic service

I'm standing here at the checkers hyper at the Ridge and I'm not receiving any assistance, or wow here comes the branch NOW AFTER BEING CALLED SEVERAL TIMES...... After 5minz here'swhat happened the cashier still stands there looking all shocked, then the rude Pam Govender walks away passing remarks saying I as the customer is confusing them and messing up there balancing and mind you the store is packed today and there's only 3main tills open and the express tills I'm fedup with checkers hyper and their attitudes towards us as customers, I only wanted to pay for 1 item at the cigarette counter and she embarrassed me n made me wait for over 10minz refusing to help me and on top of that she telling the cashier to ignore me what kind of image or example is she setting for her staff, then the branch manager himself comes along didn't even greet me and says we don't allow cashing of one item at the kiosk because off theft I mean really the security gaurds are right next to the cashier, he was so rude himself talking whilst I'm spking to him. They a lady next to me complains that they don't ever cash her stuff right there's nt a day she doesn't have a problem at checkers hyper ridge
