Pathetic service

On the 5th of December I asked a friend to order a few grocery items on the Sixty60 app. I live on a farm and whenever I come to Durban or Pietermaritzburg I do my shopping because of where I'm situated. I couldn't use my app so I asked a friend. A 6 pack of milk that was purchased... 2 of the cartons were sour. I mailed Checkers and complained and got a reply to say that I must return it to the store. Like seriously I live 270km from the store it was purchased from. I'm so ****ed off that I now have to drive to a nearby town to replace the milk.
