checkers sixty60 is consistently late with deliveries, when you phone the call center they put you on hold for 15 minutes, and are not very helpful, there is no communication to advise they are going to be late

when we place our order the products are available, but the 15 minutes before delivery they tell you they are out of stock of the product and we cannot go back and order something else, and when you phone the call center they say there is nothing they can do and you must place another order.

i heave logged a query, with them and the only email i received was automated to say that the received my complaint

the reason we use this service is for convenience however its seems like they do not care about their consumers as the cannot keep to their word
