Pathetic poor ,terrible service

Good day Im wreiting on behalf of my sister inlaw which is currently in hospital since Saturday because she fell in your shop on a wet floor with no sign m She is 8 half months pregnant the store manager was not helpful at all , even the staff just watch how other people assist her , How shocking , we need answers to this matter the baby's l;ife is at stake
