Pathetic poor service

I ordered 6 items from 60 60 today. Only to find out they experiencing delays my order came in after 4 hours and with 1 product from the 5 I was charged for all and I'm still awaiting a refund. I called the call center and they said I must send the one item back aswell and they will cancel the whole order and refund me. After the 4 hour wait. I needed the products cause I am expecting visitors it's pathetic service and they shouldn't have this business if they take customers money and make them wait for nothing and receive full disappointment. I'm totally disheartened and I will never support 60 60 again
