PATHETIC LATE ORDER

I placed an order today at 14:53 and the app as promised by the name (60 minutes delivery) said that the ETA on delivery is 15:53. It is currently after 16:16 and the order still shows on the app that "On It" but not that the order is on its way let alone arrived. I specifically used the app and paid the delivery fee to ensure that the order is delivered on time while I am still at the office. I now have to sit in the cold at the office longer than needed to wait for a pathetic company to deliver my late order. So disappointed and unhappy. No contact number to even call immediately for the order and online complains on the website are responded to within 48 hours. I cannot even cancel the order and ask for a refund. I wasted money for delivery when I could have rather gone to the shop. Shocking and pathetic.
