Pathetic customer service team

Hi. Please see email comms with myself and entire fb messenger thread for a refund for a Sixty60 order that your team refuses to action. The usual **** about “we’ll get back to you, we’ll get back to you“ and obviously no one ever does. Initially this was via email and some consultants named Azzah and Natalie just didn’t bother to reply which I then escalated via Facebook and I’m still getting no joy because they keep bull****ting me. Don’t ask me to send you more info - ask your social media team on fb for the entire thread and whomever these Azzah and Natalie people are for the emails that they ignored
