Pathetic customer service

So I placed an order with Checkers60. Got a wrong replacement item with no notification. Phoned the app to report it. Said they won't refund. I need to use my own time and money to drive to fix what they did wrong. Furious. Pathetic customer service. And I could not even report the packer.
