PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE AT CHECKERS HYPER GATEWAY

I had been to checkers hyper in Gateway today and the customer service is pathetic. I went in to purchase hair clips for my little baby, and i saw the price for R19.99, When i go to the cashier it scans at R34.99. I would not be complaining if this was handled correctly, but because the manageress or supervisor made me look like as if i was lying that is why i am laying a complaint. The cashier sent the guy that was packing to go and check the price and i followed him there and he also saw the price was R19.99. The manageress came to me and she says that the other barcode was there, and the barcode for R19.99 was for something else that they did not have stock off. But why would you still have a barcode there if there is no stock of something. That is ridiculous!!!
