Pathetic customer service and communication

I placed an order on the 27th October 2022 for 2x 2L B Well Canola Oils instead of the team advising there was no stock they proceeded to choose their own alternatives, I am allergic to the oil that was chosen and cannot use this oil. I cannot reverse this as the app doesn't allow same. NOBODY AT YOUR CALL CENTER ANSWERS THE PHONE WHICH IS BEYOND PATHETIC!!!!! Another previous occasion I ordered a hosepipe that when it was delivered had holes in it. The one occasion I did manage to get through to the call center I was promised a credit on my account and guess what NOTHING!!!

Checkers 60sixty is proving to be the most dishonest and shady service ever!!!

I WILL NEVER USE 60SIXTY AGAIN!!!
