Pathetic customer service
I have just been to Checkers in Cresta mall to buy the staysoft special that they have. Got there and no stock. I wanted 20 packets due to the fact that I look after several families. The manager Aubrey Molokomme refused to give me a raincheck for the products and arrogantly waived his promotional pamphlet in front of me and told me I can't have more then 4 packets. I asked him please to show me where it states in the pamphlet that it is only 4 per customer, he told me he reserves the right to change the quantity.<br> Consumer act says you must be specific and nowhere does it state 4 per customer. I told him I was going to complain, and he laughed at me. Please ask for store footage and it will be noted.<br> <br> I am highly disgusted and I am going to be very verbal about it on social media. He had no problem arrogantly giving me his name and Suzanne, he did not care that I would be complaining.<br> <br> People like this should not be in your business, they just do the business damage.<br> <br> I work in the centre and find it disgusting that this is the device I receive.<br> <br> Please look out on Twitter, facebook and any other social media that I will broadcast on.<br> <br> 1 staff member can do a lot of damage

We are sorry to hear about your bad experience when trying to buy a large quantity of Stasoft. Unfortunately as Checkers is not a bulk seller we reserve the right to limit quantities as is stated on our promotional leaflets. The reason for this is twofold, to keep resellers from buying large quantities for resale and to ensure that as many of our loyal customers can benefit from promotions as possible.
At the time of your visit to Checkers, the Non-Foods Manager had offered to provide you with a rain-check for five units of Stasoft which was on promotion and in the interest of good customer service, this offer is still stands.
