Pathetic customer care service and pathetic app!!!

Downloaded the app twice, reset password even created another profile and the app still didn’t want to work. When I then phoned customer care line I was told my the consultant that someone would phone me in the next 5 minutes and sort it out, when nobody phoned me back I then phoned again and was told someone from the technical department would phone me in the next 5 mins again. Nobody phoned back once again and that was last week. Tried the app again this morning and the exact same problem even though they said they have fixed the problem. I then phoned the customer care line again and this time was told well if it isn’t working then there’s nothing they can do?! Seriously over the non-existent customer service that Checkers gives people
