Pathetic client service

My wife placed an order on the 6th of august after it being cancelled twice the third time the money was taken off order was NOT placed and money NOT returned…to date after two phone calls we still have not received her money after being told that the money has to be released and will take 36 hours to be returned. It is the 13th and still waiting…
