Checkers60sixty app.. Worsted app ever,worst service ever!!!

Ordered from the 3 times,all 3 times they replaced what I ordered with something if their choice without contacting me even I though I used the option for them to contact me if they are out of stock,but they decided they will send me whatever they like instead,totally different item. I ordered a R229 item,paid for a R229 item but they sent a R47 item and no refund as yet.. First order was on the 18/07,today is the 29/07 they still have not refunded me.. They charge 15% extra on your final total which they supposed to refund which has not been refunded almost 2 weeks now even after calling their so called customer care,still nothing.
