Pathetic Checkers sixty60

I bought stuff from Sixty60. Payment went through but Checkers did not received the money. Emailed all documents and proof to Checkers,asking them to release the payment. It's been 3 weeks now and still nothing. How long can it take if they promised 1 day to send me the release docu.entation te send to the bank. It's pathetic
