Pathetic Checkers

I am standing in the queue to pay and next to are queues that are quite full amd then i noticed that 1 till has a sign DISABLED. (I am disabled) yet when i ask the caahier i get told, 'I dont know' and then im ignored (Checkers in Kwaduguza, or Stanger). The shop is busy, isnt that all the reason to 'process' the disabled quicker
