pathetic attitude

I had swiped my debit card, the cashier ddnt know what she was doing,i asked her what is going on she mumbled something. Finally the transaction went off, however i received an sms twice my account had been deducted twice,i took ut up immediately as it wad not reversed, i called the trainee manager Nqobile who asked me to get a bank statement i did after standing in a long line i took it back to checkers where Sorenia was so rude to me infront of shoppers, clearly i had my bank stats proving a deduction went off twice.She told me my statement meant nothing, so have i lost my money Checkers, clearly i want my money!!!
