Pathetic, arrogant cashier and manager

Rude cashier who insulted me in front of people. Then totally ignored me. Complained to the manager ms mthetwa. She promised she'll get back to me BUT has not taken the issue seriously. I'm upset that top management can display such arrogance then it makes sense why their staff behave like that. Disgusted with bluff checkers.
