PATHETIC AND RUDE!!!!

We have been ordering from Checkers for a long time now. In the last 2 weeks it has been a nightmare. 3 hours with no delivery. Call the call center and get told the payment did not go through. Cancel and reorder. An hour later TWO deliveries are done and TWO payments taken off. This week we have a driver screaming at us he Cannot find us in the Complex. We live in a house. The driver is in Boksburg. We live in Brakpan. Back and forth with no joy and call the call center again just to have them cut the call. Second call center agent is rude and has a bad attitude. Kiss us as customers goodbye! Get better staff and Jack up your app - you are dropping the ball. If I can drive and get it sooner without the aggrevation, what is the use of the app then? You are not the only store to offer this service!
