Pathetic and dishonest Sixty60

This is truly the most pathetic organisation that I have ever experienced. I downloaded the app full of hope and excitement. I placed my order on 4 January 2021. I got a message about three hours later that my order has been cancelled because they could not get authorisation on my card. They did not only get authorisation on my card, they took the money for the order but it was cancelled. It took me three weeks of calling, emailing and threats to get the money back into my account. I got sent from pillar to post with no care in the world. Please do not use Sixty60
