Pathetic 2 hour delay & then unexpected cancellation

I always get excellent service from Checkers60sixtybut today they really disappointed me. I always order for my mom on her app as she is elderly. Firstly I waited 2 hours for the order. For them to not update it on the app when the driver arrived & for them to leave without making any contact with myself or my mom. Now they are going to refund me cause apparently no one was home. and we all were at home.. I need those things urgently. Now if I re-order I have to pay again for delivery & we don’t have that money in our accounts. They take 7 days to refund the money, imagine, a whole week. Overseas companies are faster. This is very unprofessional. Usually the driver will call or knock, but nothing? This was something I really needed & im so disappointed. Firstly for waiting 2 hours & then for getting the order cancelled. But no nothing. Pathetic service, then I’ll rather buy elsewhere. Usually the driver phones & understands if I take long to get to the door because I’m in a wheelchair.
