Passion & S****

Today I visited your Springs Mall Branch while on Audit. The ready made meals ladies have absolutely no passion for customer service. After a long wait while one lean on a table looking at me pretending not to see me… another one carried on mixing stuff. She called her and she ignored her to till I asked for help. Then I asked them ladies let's be honest if you don't want to work here you don't need to a 3rd of our population is unemployed and would love your job. If you don't have passion for customer service we can't teach you that, we can teach s**** not arrogance or lazy people. Clearly the take this for granted I left and spend my money at Pick n Pay. I made it clear in going to report this poor service so I'm sure they already ready for excuses
