Parow Centre Checkers - BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

BAD customer experience. 27/08/2019 I entered the store to purchase 1 item moving back to the tills to pay, I found long queues and only 4 tills open, more 10 tills close. People having meets at closed tills, customer service lady walking up and down. Too much loose people and too much tills closed. I was then forced to take my one item to the info desk to pay and there is 2 tills with 2 ladies at the desk with only of them operating. I'm on a 15 minute tea break and cashiers taking their own time to assist customers. I then asked the lady at info why there is so much tills closed and only 4 tills open, long queues. she then rep**** that some of the staff's hours has been cut. Okay, fully understand that but it still doesn't explain to me why there too much people walking around instead of getting on the tills when the queues are long. People are getting frustrated in queues. Express tills are useless, might as well use the normal till. PAROW CHECKERS please better your customer experience please. Its month end, things are suppose to be put in place. Poor Scheduling!!! get your act together. Very soon there will be other retails stores. Strong competition. I have options.... please get your act together.
