Parents with tots priority till just lip service

I think the parents with tots priority till is a great idea, but unfortunatly it is simply lip service.

Absolutely no priority is given to parents with todlers. Today again, I was forced to wait in queue, along with other parents while the till is used as normal by other shoppers.

I have already discussed it with the shop managment on a earlier occasion, but still nothing changed, is the same practice at the express tills where you are only allowed to use if you have less than 10 items. Surely if the shop was serious about these matters those stills would only allow 10 items to be rang up?

If a parents with tots priority till is in a shop, then surely we as parents needs to be given priority? If the shop only sees this as lip service as is my and a lot of other people's experience, then rather remove the sign, but if you truely care about your shoppers, please enforce your own rules and allow the till to be used only by parents with todlers.
