Paid for lounge suite and never delivered

I bought and paid for a lounge suite from checkers hyper in centurion on the 11 January 2015, the sales agent Lefense said they will deliver the lounge suite, then she said in two weeks, then she said there was no truck to fetch the lounge suite from Cape Town, we must wait another two weeks, then I called the manager who promised we will have it end of frebuary, and he promised to call and inform us but did not, I then called several times until last Thursday when the sales agent informed me the the couch is broken and the only one available is a used one on the floor in a store in Vereeniging, and we need to have a look and see if we want it but that she does not know when they can bring it from Vereeniging,
