Padkos product - Checker Kosmosdal

Earlier this year, I bought Padkos products which I buy monthly. Then to my surprise I found worms in one package. I emailed the checkers delivery service since I bought online. Email was shared with them on the 3rd of Feb 2021 and only received a reply on the 8th Feb telling me that I should return the package to the shop and demand a refund. So someone expected me to keep a package with worms in my house?

Below is the email I shared with them on the 3rd Feb. I don’t think this was resolved properly and I need an explanation.

Wow I’m sooo

shocked. I bought a packet of my favourite Patkos cashew coated with yoghurt and got the shock of my life.

When I pulled one cashew, a worm (as seen on the first picture) came out with it and I emptied the entire thing to see what was going on. I found what looked like spiderwebs on the nuts. Like what the heck! This pack has the 31st March BB date. This is sooooo disappointing.

Please report this to your supplier, imagine if I offered this to my guests... so disgusted.

I can never buy those things again. Sies!
