OVERCHARGED THEN ESTER THE SUPERVISOR ACCUSED ME TO CHANGING THE PRICE

I'm so disappointed with the service that i got from Checkers in Greenstone, i was treated like a ******** just because of the incorrect price that i was charged, on the 19.02.2018 i bought 3 Revlon Aerosol for ladies 90ml which were on special for R19.99 but i was charged R27.99 and 2 Raid Insect ****er 300ml which was on special for 18.99 but i was charged R34.99, I paid and left the shop then on 20.02.2019 Wednesday afternoon as i was going through my purse i went through the slip and i noticed that i was charged more than what i was supposed to have paid for, i called the store at 16:51 pm and i spoke to someone by the name of Sesi who said that i should come to the store with the items that i bought and the slip, i went to the store on 21.02.2019 on Thursday afternoon i spoke to the security guard and he was rude then i spoke to Ester the supervisor i explained what happened and she asked Mpho Matshaba to go and check if i was indeed overcharged, i went with her to the shelves we first checked the Revlon Aerosol shelves and she saw the price was in fact R19.99 then we went to check the price of Raid 300ml when we got there, she saw that the raid that i bought was incorrectly priced then she rectified it, i asked her why is she not taking the incorrect price that was placed on the Shelf she ignored me , Mpho explained to the supervisor that i was overcharged for Revlon Aerosol then i asked Mpho Matshaba why is she not telling Ester about the Raid she kept quite, i told Ester saw that she must go check the cameras because Mpho that the price of the Raid was R18.99 and she rectified it and put the correct amount, Ester did not want to listen and she said what if i was the one who changed the price when i came in the store on Tuesday i asked her if she was serious and she said yes she is customers do that all the time and i had a Checkers catalogue and she said the Catalogue that is for Pick n Pay and not Checkers i even showed her the catalogue and she said the Catalogue is for Pick n Pay, we started arguing and she said i was making noise in her ear, i told her since i changed the price on Tuesday lets go watch the CCTV cameras she refused, then Augustine Menemene the Groceries manager come and asked what the problem is i explained then Ester said i was lying she didn't say i come to the store and changed the price , Mpho Matshaba was quite she didn't even tell Augustine that Ester was lying she in fact accused us of changing the price, Augustine also said we were making noise when i was telling him that how dare Ester accuse us of such i even asked him why don't they go watch the CCTV cameras because i do not have time to be changing prices in the store Mpho saw that the Raid was incorrectly priced but decided to keep quite, i wonder what type of people Checkers greenstone hire because i personally believe they are a risk to the company if they can lie about the prices and say something and then lie and said they didn't say anything what else can Mpho Matshaba, Augustine Menemene and Ester lie about, when i spoke to Sesi i didn't expect that i would be treated like a ******** when i got to the store for something that was not my fault, i expected them to apologies and just refund me the difference, i think Checkers Managers can learn a thing or two from Pick n pay regarding customer service, i once bought 60 eggs in Pick n Pay, they overcharged me and when i got there they refunded me without any hassles but at Checkers i was treated like a ******** for incorrect prices that were placed on the shelves by their employees, lets say for argument sake i came in the store on Tuesday and changed the price, so does this mean the groceries manager Augustine Menemene doesn't check regularly to see if everything is in order o n the shelves yet Ester has the nerve to tell me that i changed the price really, and to even say the Checkers catalogue that i had in my hand for the Hey Day Special is for Pick n Pay really , now I'm really curious as to how Checkers shortlist candidate for an interview and how their selection process work if the supervisor and the cashier are ***** and the supervisor thinks Checkers is Pick n Pay, it means they can even rob customers of their hard earned cash or not give me my bank card after i purchase something from the store and then use my card for their own selfish purpose.
