Overcharge for goods

Price Difference and No care to customer: I am from out of town and I frequent Checkers for Breakfeast: I like the fresh chicken strips. So this morning Thursday 11-4-2024 I go to Langenhoven Checkers: I purchase about R35-00 Chicken strips price on glass display shows R13-99 per 100 grams cool nice not too expensive. But to get service was a problem. Lady behind counter no care for customer had to ask 3 times before I was served. Then the lady rings up my purchase and she charges me R14-99 per 100 grams. I asked her why she said take it up with management. Well I tried but no assistance so yes I paid for my goods but why show price and then charge a different price. Is this the way Checkers is going I don't know
