Overall Experience - Checkers Hyper

I new in Johannesburg South Gauteng, and when I did my month end grocery shopping for August I decided to try the Glen mall. On arrival I noticed that they had a Checkers Hyper. I have never been so amazed and overwhelmed by such excellent customer service, support & assistance!! The store itself was very clean and I had no issues finding prices for the products I wanted. Unfortunately the rewards system was offline and I couldn't get my discounts on the X-saving, so I had to pay the full amount on promotion products. I was however allowed to receive my mini garden gifts. I decided to go back again to do my month end shopping for September, again immaculate service, this time I was able to get my discounts for the rewards card but I did not receive my mini garden gifts due to no stock. Hopefully I can get last month's gifts when I go back for my shopping at the end of October.
