OVER RIPE AVOCADO
I did shopping this morning at Checkers Hyper in Waterfall Corner and went first to price avocados in Woolworths, deciding to rather buy them in Checkers thinking they would be cheaper. What a mistake this ended up being! Checkers 2 pack and 4 pack avocados were EXACTLY the same price as Woolworths - so I decided to purchase the loose avocados and bought 1 - and guess what? When I got home and wanted to use it for an avocado sandwich for lunch - most of it ended up in the bin being noticeably over ripe for R13 for 1 avocado!! What a *******! I shop at this Checkers often but do not expect a branch such as Waterfall Corner to put over-ripe fruit on their shelves, even if they are individual items!! You need to recheck the other loose avocados on the shelf to see if you are in fact *********** other customers as well! But I somehow doubt this will happen! NO I do not have the over ripe avocado, as, if I find any item from any store not to be suitable for consumption, it goes in the bin, and if whoever I buy the item from does not trust my complaint enough to replace it without question, then they do not deserve my support in that store!
