Over promise and under deliver

<p>Today i totally lost it. Week after week we check our local newspaper for specials and for the last 3 month we were either to early or to late for the specials at this specific store. Last thursday they advertised Castle Light 24 pack get a 6 pack free for R199. Phoned my husband who then drove to the mall just to find out they still waiting for stock. No problem because i had to go to checkers after work. Got there and SOLD OUT. The truck was on its way and i was able to come buy the Saturday. Go there Saturday and no stock arrived BUT no problem. I got a raincheck. I told them my husband is leaving on thursday on a fishing trip, but they said the special is still on for the whole week. I walked out happy to know that at least i got a raincheck and was waiting for my call since yesterday. Today after work off i go and GUESS WHAT'' sorry mam SOLD OUT. The excuse was that they did not order enough. This is NOT customer service. Sorry Checkers you have a very unhappy customer.</p>
