Outstanding Customer Service Penelope Brown

1 star to all the staff that refused to assist me today amd 100 stars to Penelope Brown. I am passionate about great customer service and today I got that from Penelope at Greenacres Port Elizabeth checkers. Its absolutely true when they say shoprite checkers has the worst customer care ever. But today one person's efforts showed me there is a diamond among all those rocks there. She went over and above to assist me. Thanks again Penelope. This is 1 of 2 5 star reviews I have put om hello peter the other 50 is all 1 stars. I hope the company appreciates your efforts.
