We enjoy shopper at Paarl Drakenstein Checkers. Its a nice family supermarket but.... My husband and I was shocked when we went to buy Darling 1.5L juice this morning (15th April 2024) and the price sticker showed Original price R19.99 (and this is not the original price) but if you buy 2 with your smart shopper card, you pay R60!!! We were confused... We called the floor manager and asked if there is a mistake with the price tag? And he was not helpfull at all. He just said that he understand the confusion but this is the price that Darling gave to them. So we asked him, if we want to buy 2 juices are we suppose to pay R60 instead of R40??? And he just casually rep**** yes unfortunately its the price and then he turned around and walked away. Ive never ever seen bad customer service like this before. So we bought 3 juices for R19.99 each without swipping our smart shopper card and paid R60 for 3. OUTRAGOUS!!!!
