Out of stock product voucher

Good morning. I went to Checkers the Pavillion on 03/02/2016 to purchase a few necessary items. I noticed they advertised 12 c2 ply pack baby soft toilet paper for R56.99. I told to take a rain check # A860720 someone will call me whe the stock arrives. It is almost a week. I am still waiting for the call. Why advertise if you don't have? Please sort out this mess.
