Out of stock: problem

They're generally ok. But very frustrating how they deal with products that are out of stock. Don't bother asking to be called to choose an option...that doesn't happen. They seem to pick and choose when to replace products with other products and when to simply leave it off. Can get very annoying whichever way it happens.
