OUT OF STOCK and VOUCHERS

Checkers had Beer month promotion last month where they were advertising Flying Fish 330ml 2X6 at R100 but suprisingly when you came to the Store, the product is out of stock.Then i requested OUT OF STOCK VOUCHER and filled all my details so as the Manager or Supervisor should contact me when stock arrives. Till to date i haven't been contacted. I feel stores that i went too don't care of their customers effort, value to get the product nor providing items that are in promotion or something of a color. Iam so dissappointed on the treatment conducted by two Checkers Bloemfontein Branches, namely Checkers Hyper Fleurdal & Checkers Mimosa.
