Out of stock and lack of staff

I did my month end grocery shopping shopping at about 3pm.<br> To our disappointment we found empty shelves and a lack of staff.<br> We also found that there were no advertised products on the shelves as well.<br> The staff were unfriendly and there was certainly a lack of them of as there were only 4 cashiers.<br> I was told in a very manner that \we were very busy\" and \"the 3pm and 4pm staff have already knocked off\"<br> I'm very sorry but none of the above are excuses. The store is obviously very aware that it's month end that there needs to be sufficient stock as well staff. This is very disappointing for such a store!!! "
