Out of Stock

I went to Checkers Hyper to buy Goldi Chicken that was on special for R37.99 and they did not have stock. I then went to request a raincheck. The lady that works at Customer Service told me that it has been replaced by another brand called Superior. There was sign or advert which stated that inside the shop. She told me to go back inside and take that brand. I also work just like her, I do not have time to waste. Why must I go back and check for another brand after I am finished doing my shopping???Whose fault was it from the start??? So I had to leave the store without her giving me a raincheck since she wanted me to go back inside.....
