Ottimo Products are Faulty

I purchased an Ottimo Health Griller in July. It worked for 2 weeks and then stopped working. I returned it and exchanged it for a new one in August. It has again only worked for 2 weeks and is again faulty. Why is such a reputable company as Checkers selling such inferior products? This is costing me to keep driving up and down to Checkers to exchange this. Can I please urgently get a refund
