Ottimo Kettle

I bought an Ottimo kettle in august 2015 form Checkers in Sandton, the kettle stopped working on the 31 December 2015 and i took it back to the shop on the 2 January to let them know. They tested the kettle and it worked, so they said they could not take it back. The kettle takes 20 minutes to boil water cause it keeps on pausing. It boils then it pause, so that it's why when i took it to the shop it worked.<br> Kindly assist as the supervisor at Sandton was very rude, I don't remember her name but they did not assist.<br> I have lost the slip but i still have the box.
