Order Query

My sister made an order for the 24 Aug 2022 it was apparently scheduled for drop off between 3pm - 4pm time went by no order came however I came to 5:50pm i drove till TOKIA CHECKERS and the shop close "fire alarm went off" no notification was send out nor phone call was made. I ask for a manager the 1 employee scrolled around and came back and said there is no manager I ask then for a supervisor she said there is no supervisor, I then manage to speak to another employee and he finally got a supervisor all she could say was sorry while dealing with the order they then in the back ground cancel the order and refund the money and then send a notification "error order cancel " the supervisor then toke my number for the following day so that they can call me no one called me by then I had to call bad service the manager spoke over me and wanted to hear nothing "all I wanted is my order as it was my mothers bday on the 23 Aug 22" it cost me to buy her cake from PNP and got her flowers too and I had to get groceries to prepare supper... I'm very unhappy with the customer service I got from the start .
