Order not delivered and cancelled

I would like to express my grave dissatisfaction regarding the experience I had with my online app order ***5.

An expectation was created that my order would be delivered after it was shopped and I even received a WhatsApp that the ETA is late and that I would receive delivery at 19:15. I received nothing at that time and then checked the app, only for the ETA to be moved on from 20:00 - 21:36 and then my order was cancelled.

I have been a huge supporter and ambassador for the app. You can check how many times I have ordered but the experience of last night has really left a bad taste in my mouth.

The things ordered was specifically required and I was disappointed with a no delivery. I ended up having to drive to the garage for the ordered, spending double the money and now I’m expected to wait between 5-7 or so it 7-10 business days for my money to be refunded in my account.
