Order not delivered

<p>I ordered 33 cupcakes from Checkers Wonderpark on the 14th of May with collection date of 18th May 10h00. I called on the 17th of May asking if we can collect the cupcakes at 09h40 instead of 10h00 they said no problem.I get here on the 18th of May at 09:30 and they have not started with my cupcakes,they asked me to wait 20 minutes. I came back at 10h00 and they have prepared a CAKE for me which i did not order! So im left without an order</p>
