****** order

I ordered a bottle of tequila to be delivered to a new address only for them to take it to the old address. The place was closed and no one recieved the alcohol. I called the driver and he said it's not his problem. He took my number and communicated via whatsapp saying he would drop it off another day but when the day came, he claimed it was ******. He said he would order it and bring it when he got paid but instead, he ghosted me. There is no option to say that you haven't recieved your order on the app when this happens, it just charges your account and closes the tab.
