Order cancelled and my money was not returned

Ordered some stuff yesterday,my order was cancelled and my money was not credited back into my wallet. I have spoken to 5 agents in the last 24 hours and each had a different ETA on when that money would be returned. First it was 15min then 30min then 3-5 hours and then a few hours and now this morning I was told to wait another 24 hours... I really loved using checkers60 but now I'm not so sure that I want to continue using it after this fiasco
