I placed an order this morning at 11 by 11:45 it was on "On it" status , the shop completed the shopping and i was awaiting my order .At about 3 i called you useless call centre and the lady that took my call guaranteed me that my order has been assigned to a driver and not to worry i will receive my good by 18:00. The time has come and gone and still nothing. It's now 18:27 as I log onto the app I see I've been credited on my app so I request a refund thinking my money would come back into my account. Just to read "2 working days" Now let me explain myself this for the last time. Im a single mom of a 3 year old and he was awaiting his sweets the whole day now i need to disappoint my child time and time again due to your incompetence, this is utter BS . Wait, it gets worse. That was my last money and now I have to wait 2 days before I can buy bread for my house ? Really this must be a joke. This is the 2nd time in less the a month that i need to deal with this poor customer service : Order : ***4 - Same **** different day The money went off my account but the app said Incomplete payment yet again my last funds. This took place on a Friday. Called your customer care again where i was promised a call back with a solution only to find a pathetic inperonal email saying I will get a refund within 2-5 working days ? I mean really I would get better service at a ****a delivery shop service. Your staff has zero people s****s and is completely useless
